STOCKING DEALERS AND DESIGNERS

We accept email and phone orders from existing accounts with us and will take you step-by-step to make purchasing easy for you. We typically respond the fastest with email orders.

New Account Setup

Don’t have a trade account with us yet? Contact us or one of our Sales Reps in Your Area to request one, begin ordering, and receive a 5% discount on your first order!

To speed up your account opening request, please fill out our New Client Account Setup Form and attach it to your email request.

Custom Orders & Commercial/Volume Orders

  • Customized orders can take up to 10 weeks to ship to your destination.
  • All custom orders are made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless there is an error or defect in manufacturing. This includes ALL SALES OF NON-STOCK CUSHIONS, INCLUDING C.O.M. (Customer’s Own Material). A non-refundable, 50% deposit, is required on all custom orders.
  • All orders for non-stock items are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.
  • For commercial or volume orders: Due to the inherent nature of the sale, we highly recommend you make an evaluation purchase with one unit of the product to verify its quality and suitability for the purpose of your use, before making the actual volume purchase of multiple units.
Shipping

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order. Depending on where you are, it could take up to 7 business days to ship to your destination.

For customized orders, it could take up to 10 weeks. You will receive a delivery confirmation once we ship your order.

 

Returns & Replacements

RETURNS

For returns, please email us before sending the items back. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing images and documentation showing the defect and/or any labor to replace the defective part. Please save all cartons and packing materials so they can be used for shipping.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every piece of furniture sold at HiTeak Furniture and make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • All returns MUST be in like-new condition and in their original packaging in HiTeak’s opinion. If the packaging is not in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • We accept exchanges on merchandise deemed to have a manufacturer defect. All items being exchanged must be sent in original condition unused in our opinion. All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending back your item. A copy of your purchase receipt must be included. You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging; We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
  • For non-defective returns, buyers are responsible for all the freight of their returns.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or repaired.

There are no exceptions! Items damaged in transit MUST be reported upon receipt of delivery. Your assistance will be required during the claims process. Items damaged by misuse and mishandling are non-returnable. We do not replace items damaged by the consumer. However, we will be available to help and repair your product purchased if the piece is repairable.

REPLACEMENTS

 

Concealed Damage vs. Damage in Transit

HiTeak highly recommends that customers unpack all packages within two days of delivery of your order. When unpacking, we recommend that all parts of the furniture be carefully inspected before assembly. Contact us immediately of any damage to the product and send us any photo of the damaged part and/or packages for claims if applicable. In case of a return, please save all cartons and packing materials so that they can be used for shipping.

  • Teak – 4 years*
  • Stainless Steel – 1 year
  • Brass – 1 year
  • DuraSling – 1 year
  • Sunbrella® Cushion – 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty on stitching.
  • Umbrella/Parasol – 1-year Manufacturer Warranty

* Teak is warranted for 4 years in a residential setting and for 2 years when used in a contract or commercial setting.

**Exclusions – HiTeak warranty does not cover defects/damage caused by the following conditions:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Modifications of any furniture after purchase
  • Damage in transit – visible damage to the item upon delivery (See the Concealed Damage section above)
  • Damages caused by intentional, accidental, misuse, abuse, or carelessness
  • Damage that is a result of the customer’s failure to provide reasonable care and maintenance (See HiTeak’s Teak Care instructions)
  • Normal wear and tear, including in minor color changes and checking
  • Damage that is a direct effect of weather-related conditions
  • Floor samples or clearance items

***HiTeak may discontinue materials, parts or colors on outdated items.

Your satisfaction with HiTeak Furniture is important to us. With proper use and care, we are confident that our furniture will provide many years of trouble-free enjoyment. We stand behind all our products and expect them to look great and last for many years.

We guarantee to the original purchaser that the furniture is free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you find a defect, HiTeak will replace or repair the defective part. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing images and documentation showing the defect and/or any labor to replace the defective part.

When unpacking, we recommend that all parts of the furniture be carefully inspected before assembly.

Teak is warranted for 4 years from the date of purchase in a residential setting and for 2 years when used in a contract or commercial setting. Sling and metal parts are warranted for 1 year against structural failure and tearing. Exclusions: Please see the Limited Warranty section above.

HiTeak is never liable for personal injury related to improper use or neglect of the furniture.
